We arrived to find a charming property that immediately felt welcoming. Our room was large, comfortable, and very clean, with a quaint balcony overlooking the lovely swimming pool-the kids loved that. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Knowing I was gluten and lactose intolerant, they thoughtfully set aside my breakfast items on a dedicated shelf, which I appreciated immensely. The bar area, complete with a cozy log fire, was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. This hotel is ideally located for families, just a brief walk from shops and cafes. We discovered a delightful adventure playground nearby, which kept the kids entertained, and the surrounding area is great for walking and cycling. Plus, the option to leave our car in the parking lot after check-out was a nice touch. New Bath Hotel made our family vacation enjoyable and stress-free. Perfect for those looking to balance relaxation and activities together!
